Narconon Drug Prevention Education Successes

Narconon Vancouver Society recently delivered drug prevention education talks to 6 different classes of grade 10s in a Vancouver High School. Approximately 80 students were given the ‘Truth About Drugs in the Body’ talk for one hour. The majority of students enjoyed the presentation and learned things they did not know before. 75 / 80 students felt the drug education presentation was good or excellent and felt the presenter was excellent or good.

The students liked that the drug prevention education talk was:

• non-judgmental
• interesting and fun
• honest and used real stories
• all felt they could now share this information with their friends / family
