"When I went to high school in Hawaii in the late 60's drugs were just showing up in the schools here, mainly the high schools. These drugs included marijuana, hashish, LSD, mescaline, speed, downers, paint sniffing etc. I took most of them myself as did almost all my friends including at the time the son of the Mayor of Honolulu. I even "turned on others" with these drugs. I was lucky. I was able to stop completely when I was 18. Someone cared enough about me and my future well-being to educate me on the truth about drugs.
