Narconon drug treatment program is licensed to accept adults and
youth on its program. There is NO WAITING LIST.
The
Narconon drug treatment program is a long term residential social
educational model of rehabilitation which does not use drugs or
medications to solve the problems of drugs. It is neither Medical
nor Psychiatric. Narconon uses nutrition and nutritional supplements
as an important part of its delivery program. No drugs are used
on the treatment program.
Narconon's drug treatment program is supervised by a medical doctor
and all people starting the program are given a full medical physical
and permission from a doctor to start the program.
Narconon
enrollees are considered to be students not 'patients'. They are
learning to regain control of their lives. Students are not thought
of as having an illness. Youth address the disability caused by
drug use with new abilities and new skills for life. The Narconon
program is based on research discoveries of humanitarian L. Ron
Hubbard. It is non-religious and open to anyone truly wishing to
get off drugs
Students do not go to weekly meetings after completing
the program or refer to themselves as recovering. The Narconon program
is a non-traditional method of recovery which does not use the 12
step program.

In house residential programs usually take three to five months.
1st
- NARCONON DRUG FREE WITHDRAWL - specific vitamins, nutrition,
rest, special assists to ease withdrawal symptoms.
2nd
- NARCONON THERAPEUTIC COMMUNICATION COURSE - extroverts their
attention and helps gain focus.
3rd
- NARCONON DETOXIFICATION PROGRAM (SAUNA) - drugs stay in the
body for years and thanks to this unique step a former drug
user becomes fully rid of drugs and toxins giving them a new
life.
4th - NARCONON LIFE IMPROVEMENT COURSES - once drugs are
fully out of the body tissue, the reasons drugs were turned
to are discovered and handled by the student through study and
application of courses and counsel.
